How Huddle HQ handles company knowledge, SOP approval, staff training and workspace access.
Yes. Start a 7-day free trial for up to 25 people when you create your first workspace. No payment card is required and there is no automatic charge. After 7 days, choose a paid plan to keep using the workspace. Your content is retained. One free trial per account and company.
A small business intranet is a shared place for your team's documents, procedures, training and company updates. Huddle HQ organises that knowledge across eight business pillars, with a separate workspace for each company.
Yes. You can upload documents and videos to your library and organise them into folders. Recording, transcription and video-to-SOP tools are available in beta; transcription requires consent and processing to be started.
No. SOP Studio helps draft procedures from your approved source material. Your team can edit, review and approve a specific version before it is published. AI-generated drafts still need human review.
Workspace owners manage access to app sections and folders. Staff roles and permissions control what people can view or edit. Development records have additional employee and assigned-manager access rules.
No. Training progress and practical capability are separate. Self-assessments are distinct from manager-verified skill levels, and practical assessments require a review before a competence decision is recorded.
New plans are billed monthly in US dollars (USD) per company, based on the total number of people. Admins, editors and members count towards the limit, and pending invitations reserve a seat.
